Great property, more people should want to live at a place like this.

The staff is excellent. We signed a new lease and today we need a clarification related to the lease and the staff Veronica Tello have provided an excellent service and resolved the issue over the phone. Thanks and looking forward for the good customer service.

The community seemed nice but was lacking a playground. I would likely recommend the community to others.

The Ranch is very good with social events, it shows you guys really care about your tenants. Remove vehicles, mopeds, and motorcycles that have not been used in months, they take up space.

I would like to say that I have had great experiences dealing/communicating with Veronica and Kailyn. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous. Connie, on the other hand, needs to understand how to communicate with others better. On multiple occasions, she has been extremely rude, talking over/down to residents. I have heard this multiple times by others, too. I expressed concern when the water was shut off for the property (concern meaning I asked when water would be back on,) and had to walk out of the office before she was done talking because I was so angry at how disrespectful she was. The ratings below would be all 5's if it were not for Connie. Veronica and Kailyn are the reasons I'm satisifed with the customer service.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love it! Clean, quiet, friendly and great staff! The only time we will move is when we are ready for a house.

We have been thankful for management's response to problems and for working with us to move within the complex. It was very much appreciated! Parking is a HUGE problem, to the point where I am unable to parking near my building or even on my side of the complex if come home after 8:00 p.m. any day of the week. As residents going on year 5 at the complex, it would be nice to be offered some sort of "thank you" for renewing year after year in spite of complex problems.

I think the community is good, but could be better. I really thing you should enforce the policy of picking up after your dog. I see people on a daily basis not cleaning up after their pet even though you provide the supplies and disposal place for them. That's the only way people will learn and understand that the community is not just about them. Or, you could invest in a dog park.

I love it here. Friendly staff and residents. I love the trees and parking. I would love more sidewalks. It would be nice if existing sidewalks could be power washed. Stairs and platforms are so dirty. Washer and dryer provided would be nice. Basic cable?

Staff is very slow to respond. My shower has been broken for months. There's no parking, I have to drive around all night.

Maintenance personnel need to fully read work orders and/or key log information so that the don't set off alarms. If they aren't sure how to disarm an alarm, they need to ask. In a week, I had two false alarms with the police, and they allow only three per year without charge! I've aso lived here for six months and requested a handicap parking space near my apartment. It still hasn't been done. It took 3 or 4 work orders before my windows were fixed.

Fix the dog park!

Maintenane came to my apartment to fix ice maker, turned off the refrigerator, and left lights on when they left. Lights out constantly in the building. Common areas need to be power washed. Mail area always has over flowing trash or mail piled on top of trash can.

Awesome staff, very friendly. Pool area is very nice. Lots of equipment in gym is not working. Apartments are old, have to call for the same repair all the time. Rent keeps moving up all the time. Wifi signal is low and does not work in pool area.
