the ranch is starting to remind me of the projects where I grew up and there's too many paid parking spaces and garages and not enough free parking, you can never find a parking space and the rent is really high and it keeps going higher and higher and higher and it does not stop

Parking lots are limited. The floor plan where I live in is bad (no sun light in kitchen area). Cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom.

I would not recommend this apartment because they raise the rental rates too much at one time & they do not take into consideration loyal long-standing residents vs new residents.

Parking problems

aside from lower rental rates, parking is awful. water is way too high - more than it ever should be, even with valet trash

I am in the same apartment from last 6yrs. Only reason I am staying here now is because of school, otherwise things have changed in this apartment from last two years.

The amenities offered by the property was very good. The value was very good for what the apartments had to offer and the amenities. The only negative was not being able to take a tour of an actual apartment. Based on the lack of a tour, I would not be able to sign a lease until I could.
