I do indeed love living on this property, it has so many great aspects including convenience and nature. It has beautiful surroundings and a very helpful staff. My only concern is the enforcement of certain rules or shall I say many rules are not enforced. My wife and I are very pleased with most everything this property offers! Thanks.

I was most impressed with the staff and the way I was welcomed and treated as a prospective resident. Compared to all the other communities in the area, I would say this community definitely outshines them because of all the amenities and resident services offered to add value into the rental rate. This community definitely is five star, and staff was wonderful throughout my visit.

The community had gorgeous grounds. There were a lot of amenities offered, even a car wash.

would recommend because :
1) Location is great
2) Landscapes are neat and clean
3) School

Would not because:

1) Laundry equipments are not sufficient to cater the tenets
2) Not much secured at the spectrum side units
3) Air conditions make huge noise which makes life horrible in summers (refer 7th unit)

4) construction equipment and metro train makes noise which make life horrible
5) Parking issues after 9pm
6) Poor quality of Gym
7) Lease break terms. Best if you would have an amount to pay and vacate because most of the software professionals these days relocate a lot due to the job. It make life horrible when we think of vacating the apartment.

The motto of this community is relax, enjoy, live. Once you visit this community you understand this motto. You have everything you need for resort style living provided at this community. This gated community has less than 350 apartments. The layout of the floor plans were designed for ultimate living space. The pool was gorgeous and even if you do not swim, sitting by this pool would be relaxing. The movie theater was like having your own personal movie theater. Having friends over to watch a movie in this small movie house would be impressive. The clubhouse was huge with a pool table, bar, and a private library with a fireplace. The newly remodeled fitness center/gym included a sauna and a basketball court. This property was very impressive and worth a look if you are considering a luxury apartment home in North Austin.

People would have to consider the parking situation (not favorable especially at night or weekends), proximity to Parmer Lane traffic with train bell ringing at every crossing daily.

The maintenance request particularly for my kitchen faucet problem is not yet solved even after 2 and 1/2 months. After my repeated calls to the office and visits to the office, I called and sent an email to the manager. But I didn't even receive a reply from the manager.

Is hard to find a parking spot , the gardens are always full of dog poop, in the swimming pool is always people drinking alcohol , people is aloud to have any kind of things on their balconies , when is too cold the steps are frozen and they never put some salt on them!!! etc , etc

1. Most of the time part of washer/dryer is not working. Many times, the queue is long, so need to increase the Washer and dryers.
2. Car Wash is not effective. I lost my coins many time and as well as Soap is not comping properly. Need to improve the quality of the machine.
3. Gate is not working properly.
4. Need Children park
