Solara appeared classy on the outside and in the leasing area and the courtyard. The apartment itself was small in square footage but had an open layout that seemed larger. The leasing consultant was professional and friendly and genuinely seemed as if he liked his job and wanted to help meet my apartment needs.

The community was along a busy street in North Seattle and I was surprised to see how neat and clean it was, exterior and interior. The leasing agent was very polite and seemed to love her job and it showed. The community was priced right. I loved the amenities and hope to find a place just like it that would fit my needs in the future.

This is a very new building. All the rooms are of good, usable size. The apartments finishes were tasteful, and the amenities were inviting.

The customer service shown by the leasing professional was genuine and inviting. The community had great amenities adding a terrific value to the property and rental fees. I would definitely recommend this community to friends.

I felt welcomed at Solara and I was especially impressed with how the agent controlled the tour and presented the community and apartment in terms of my needs. I felt as though a genuine connection was made and that she was very honest in her efforts to assist me with finding a new home at Solara.
