Management/staff/maintenance people are awesome!! Appliances are pretty haggard/worn and don't match the rest of the quality.

The manager and workers at Solara are very good people. When we have a problem, they assist us in a timely manner and are very helpful.

A nice community with great staff. The other residents are also pretty friendly.

Street noise off 33rd avenue and common area access in morning from Building B interior could be improved. Great staff and manager.

Great place! Sometimes smell in hallways is a little strong. Other than that, fine.

The whole apartment complex is very well kept.

Good job organizing community events like the Superbowl party. Would like to see more events! The fitness center could be better maintained. Weights are often not put back and there is no way to clean equipment after use. Hallway has some graffiti that could be removed (Building B.) Maintenance can respond faster to work orders. I scratched my car badly on the parking lot columns. Would be nice if columns had padding.

The garbage crew needs to do a better job. The utility company we go through could be better as well.

Staff is fabulous. Keori is wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. I would love to see the doors fixed in the parking garage/stairwell. Also, it can be annoying when the doors to the rec room are locked and you can't get through.

Overall, community is great to live in. Convenient and secure location. Need new garage door.

Wish parking sports were wider for families! Emergency lighting in parking lot and stairs. Air conditioning please.

I like how everything is clean and kept together. Also, if you have a problem, they fix it quickly. When I moved in, we had a hot tub. I miss it. I also miss the sauna. I would like to have at least some other form of workout place.

Very friendly staff. I have never encountered any problems with staff or management. The few times I had asked for maintenance it was swiftly and effectively dealt with. It truly feels like I have been living in a community and more than just an apartment.
