When visiting this community, the agent led with enthusiasm and a strong knowledge of his community. I felt it was a very good community and would happily recommend it to others. He was an asset to his community.

This is a fairly new property. The amenities are attractive and the neighborhood has good services. The rents seem reasonable.

The community itself was not very impressive. I might choose to live here, but only as a last resort and not for more than six months. I do not like that it is on a busy arterial as I want my home to be more peaceful and relaxing. It would be helpful to have online or video tours in case there are no vacant apartments to show.

The community is located right off of Lake City Way in a great area that is within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants and easily accessible to most bus lines.

The overall value of the apartment and its amenities were average to slightly above normal there in the city. The property was immaculate and spacious. I found it to be attractive and in good working condition. However, I did not know if I would want to live in that city. The engagement of the leasing agent and her presentation were very well done and I would of signed a lease if I was a real customer.

The leasing presentation was good and enough information was shared to make a knowledgeable decision but overall it seemed dated in style although it was a clean property. There was a good amount of amenities available which added value but the dated kitchen in the apartment and beige hallways were not impressive.

This community offers spacious common areas and cutting edge amenities, including a resistance pool, a movie theater and a dry sauna. The storage space is more than adequate and the convenient location north of Seattle is right on the bus line.
