I moved in after the pool area was closed. There was a promise of a TRL gym. It's been half a year and still no gym, what's happening with that? Pool table cue sticks are broken.

The staff works hard to get things done, but we have a lot of young residents that throw drunken parties and don't care about the building. I know that makes it a lot harder.

I wish you would repair the pool and hot tub, that's why I moved here. Those amenities still appear on your video.

Very friendly and reponsive staff. Comunity garbage cans could be taken out more. At times, the stairwell/hallway areas can get a little messy. Rent seems too high for Lake City, especially when the amenties (at least some of them) are shut down. The pool area has been shut down for years, frustrating.

HVAC was down in building hallways throughout the entire winter, so interior walls were freezing.

I am quite satisfied with the complex. My one grief is that the ice machine in my freezer has never worked, the water line in the wall is clogged. Also, the call box doesn't work without a 206 area code anymore, so I cannot buzz people in.

The leaf blowers are sometimes too loud in the morning when there are really not that many leaves to blow away to begin with.

I like the package service we get! Fantastic landscaping job! Thanks for keeping common areas clean. Areas that could be improved include door handles to/from stairwells and to/from garage. Some doors stay open, get stuck, or have a bad connection. Also, the garage needs cleaning, particularly around pillar bases. Dust the cobwebs on pipes and walls. Floors by B in garage are stained. The stairwell pipes and ledges are covered in dust, including fire pipes. Everything else is fantastic!

Need rent collection box. Trash in front of building by intersection of Fred Meyer is not classy. The movie theater facility should be open later on weekends. The outside seating area is nice. Happy about the composting system in place. Hallways are cold in winter. Parking is too much!!

Better dog area, finish gym, better door locks, and better garage system.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes we need to ask multiple times to get things fixed. I would love it if the track lighting was replaced with softer, non-glaring light because I don't like staring at bare bulbs. It would also be nice if we could use a key fob instead of a key at P2 entrance to elevator lobby. Overall, this is a nice community.

Like everything but trash collection on Tuesdays. They come early and are here for a long time.

My biggest issue has been maintenance. Not all requests get fixed (i.e. stovetop burers didn't work, 3 got fixed, ended up having friend fix #4 before mainteance came back with my second request for maintenance.) I wish there were more community events, in my time here I have gotten to know very few people. Overall, this is a great place to live. Friendly management, night guard, and great location.

We love the office staff here at Solara! They have made us feel at home here since day 1! Please reward them for a job well done!
