I work at Johnson Space Center. So for any people coming into the Clear Lake area, I would recommend these apartments because of their convenient location. I'd also recommend the apartments because the units are nice and relatively new, the grounds are well kept, and the management is great.

The apartments are "homey" and of higher than normal quality. But I would definitely warn someone of the office team and their aloof attitudes.
I am glad you are happy with the "homey" atmosphere and the high quality of our apartments. CWS demands a "respect for people" so I am very disappointed to hear you have experienced "aloof" attitudes from any of our office staff. That will be addressed.

There seems to be a large population of younger tenants which more often than not creates issues from parting to loud cars .
Thanks for the feedback. Age discrimination and Familial status are prohibited under Fair Housing. A third of apartment dwellers outside of senior housing apartments are fairly young (18-26 group).

You are raising the rates for for rent while lowering your customer service standards and treating the residents as though they are "over a barrel". You've let the two electric grills at the lap pool stay broken for over 3 weeks. You may not have any idea how many residents use those grills each week. There is NO WAY YOU CAN HONESTLY SAY YOU ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED! If you really sought to be CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED, those grills would have been repaired or replaced in a week with a better grill. Again, the cost would have been less than $800 to replace them and you would have a bunch of residents talking about how great their management company is instead of being angry about not being able to use the amenities.
Your response couldn't be more accurate. Unfortunately two separate parts were needed and we didn't realize it until we ordered and replaced the first part. Both grills are now in working order. Replacement grills are budgeted for next year.

I would recommend these apartments because they feel safe and they're beautiful. I've seen nothing but professionals and families living here. They have events (crawfish boil!) and send out very useful emails!

Incompetent Office Staff

I assumed that after I moved out of the Marquis that my dealings with them would be over and I would be rid of the incompetence of the office staff. Well, looks like this is another example of the dangers of assuming.
I moved out of the apartment six weeks ago. At the time I was told that I would receive my deposit within 30 days. That day has come and gone.
I have contacted the office staff on three different occasions, even talked to Bob the manager, twice. I have been told by everyone that the check has been processed and that I should be receiving it soon.
Still nothing.
I have contacted the corporate office.....again to see if this can be resolved.
We'll see.

Great amenities, great floor plans, but over all, too loud. Loud neighbors, thin ceilings, wouldn't want to live by the pool or volleyball court.
