Great complex and very nice. But super expensive. Roach problems and have to park 2 buildings down from my building.

This apartment is by far the best place I have lived at. I live by the pool but have not experienced intolerable noise. Neighbors keep to themselves. The apartment is always clean in appearance. When I have visitors, they always comment on how nice this place looks.
I would not recommend that you move here if you have children because vehicles travel through the parking lot at high rates of speed. Also, if living in a community with children is important, I would not recommend this place. When we first moved in, there my daughter was the only kid waiting for a school bus in the morning and the only one to exit the school bus in the afternoon.

Thanks for your feedback. Children are welcome in our community however the lack of three bedroom apartments limits the size of the families that choose to live here.

Renewal is coming up and the new lease prices are ridiculously high compared to when I first arrived AND the company is willing to increase existing residence rates for being loyal and responsible community members.
We do share your concern over rising rental rates. Rates are entirely based on local market conditions and existing residents do generally get a renewal rate lower than the market rate.

I've lived in three different apartment complexes in the past five years, and this is one of my favorites. Very clean, well-maintained, with an office staff I've always found pleasant to work with. Rent is at the upper end of their competitors, and I hope it doesn't go up much more when I re-lease soon, but otherwise I can't recommend this place enough.
