I have yet to have to make a service request and have never had any problems with neighbors or facilities. There are also several great events throughout the year. It is a great community to live in.

Overall, I'm very happy here with the exception of one issue. Fleas are a terrible problem around the complex. Our dog is on pills AND topical, and still he picks up many fleas after spending only a few minutes outside. Even with the added daily flea combing and vacuuming, we still have fleas in the apartment. I would greatly appreciate if the managers would have the grounds treated.
Oh and roaches are pretty bad, too, but this has been true of everywhere I've lived in Texas so I think that might just be a component of living in such a warm environment.

Landscaping regularly treats the grounds and indoor pest control is available every week by a professional pest control service.

The noise, smoke, alcohol factor is a big drawback. If the pool area could be toned down to a more 'family atmosphere' type of noise instead of a frat party feel, I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments.

With this new management since CWS has acquired, the communication is a pleasure and very friendly. Every detail has been given attention. Everywhere is clean and quality shows. The manager has the skills to build very strong relationship immediately and manages this places very carefully and with love.

I feel that the calibur of residents has decreased and there is not enough monitoring of what people are doing in the complex to keep these nice and clean. And I feel that the previous management were more on top of things and better with communication.

We have been here since May of 2013, and absolutely love where we live. We had some issues with our neighbors above us being extremely noisy, but the staff was quick to address it right away. How you handle a problem or complaint says a lot about the staff. We plan to stay here a couple more years until we buy something, and are happy to call Marquis at Clear Lake "home".Â

This is a beautiful community with ample amenities. It has a leisure pool along with a lap pool for exercising. The floor plan I viewed is very large and has a beautiful layout. The wooden floors on the first level offer an added touch and make the apartment really stand out. The leasing professional I walked with was very informative and upbeat. She seemed to really enjoy her job and stand behind the community for which she worked.
