This community was in a great, central location. The grounds were clean, landscaped, and well maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The apartments were very nice and spacious and at an affordable rental rate. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Most of the tenants are great. I think that is the fairest price around for what you are getting. I am only slightly unhappy with just a couple things. I would probably recommend it to someone with a starting manager salary that is trying to get out on their own.

I wouldn't recommend due to the bad experience I have w/ bugs since I moved in here.

The leasing professional was confident and friendly during the tour. She highlighted the amenities and features of the apartment home. She failed to talk about the management company. She identified all of the conditions for the resident screen policy. She failed to create a sense of urgency by asking me to lease that day. However, I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family for her conversational style and welcoming approach.

All of the community features and amenities were very impressive. The events sounded like a great way to get to know your neighbors. The leasing agent did not get to know what was important to me prior to the tour, so she was not able to customize the tour to my needs. However, I loved the community and would definitely recommend it to others.
