Its location is perfect - SRT/DNT2-35; you get a lot of apartment for your money, MEN - the lake is right behind us (Pier 121) for fishing boating, and there are miles of walking/bicycle trails. We walk the dogs back there all the time. You can actually "park" at the park and walk to Stan's or Angelina's Restaurant in The Colony. Stan's allows dogs on the patio. LADIES - shopping all around us! Frisco practically next door without paying Frisco rent prices. Castle Hills across the street, and Lewisville Mall a few minutes away. Coyote Drive-in Movies just a couple miles away! And the apartment itself is designed with nice walking areas for kiddos or fur babies.

Overall I have had a great experience at Bella Madera. I believe I'mean outgrowing my current unit so I may be looking at moving soon. But I have not had many negative experiences.

The community seemed like the ideal location for anyone who enjoyed a luxurious, comfortable, convenient and scenic lifestyle. The property was minutes from restaurants, exceptional shopping and the highway.

Lots of parking, the pool is amazing, the gym is really nice, the apartment homes and patios are literally so perfect in size and I love the palm trees when you first drive in! There are sometimes a crazy amount of spiders crawling around on the walls and the stairs but other then that I would totally recommend these apartments!

Shower noise wakes me up nearly every morning before my alarm.

I don't understand what I'm paying for, I could have spent the same amount and moved else where with better amenities.
