It was a nice community. The pool was nice- five different pools in one, the 24hr fitness center was very nice. They rent bikes for the lake path which is awesome. The apartment itself was nice. It was roomy, looked up to date. I would lease here for those reasons.

My car has had many break in attempts. They have damaged multiple doors where they tried to get in. I have attempted to park in different places to try to fix it. I wish the community was gated or had security of some kind. also there are a lot of pot smokers.

It's a calm apartment complex, well maintained and fast respond on maintenance request. Although the prices had raised on rent properties every where. I would stay another year if my rent stays the same price.
