I've already recommended someone to live here and she does now. It was not honored cause she used a moving company.

Affordable price for rent, very accommodating when I misplaced my key and didnt even charge me!

Upon driving into the property, I was impressed by the way the grounds were kept up. It was clean and seemed peaceful. Upon going into the office, I was caught off-guard by the laughing and charades of the leasing professionals. My expectation was that it would have stopped once I was made aware of, but that was not the case. Only one out of the three leasing professionals was being professional and mindful of my presence. I get that they were trying to be nice and inclusive, but the matter in which they did so was very invasive and uncomfortable. There is a time and place for everything. While the apartment itself was worthy of me and my family, it remains questionable how great of a stay we would truly have at the hands of the majority of leasing personnel who could not seem to maintain a professional demeanor for the short time I was there.

I would definitely recommended again, I recommended my brother and he moved in shortly after I did.

Ask me again in 3 months. I think monika the property manager will bring this property up to 5 star rating by then. She has already made some positive changes.

The main complaint is the dog poop everywhere... EVERYWHERE. Other than that I love living here.

A community for those who expect exquisite craftsmanship combined with interiors that were a rich design and paid attention to detail. The location was within minutes from Sam Rayburn Tollway, shopping, dining, entertainment, and Lake Lewisville.

Well kept, no problems and overall quiet.

A lot of things are in great quality except the basic features that have been there such as water tank capabilities .if those older features get upgrades, this is the spot for people who prioritize location, price, and easy access to every thing that the neighborhood offers.

I would because it is safe, quiet area, and the leasing office employees are good people.

This property was in a great location. The grounds were clean, nicely landscaped, and well maintained. The Leasing Professional was friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartments were open and spacious with all the latest upgrades and were affordably priced. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Great complex. Nice and quiet.

The whole paying rent thing on line is new to me. I have been an hour or two late and had to pay the late fee 2 times. So for me that is a major frustration.
