The environment is great. The location is amazing. The staff in the office is always accommodating. Rent is affordable for the amenities that we recieve

I would definitely recommend the community but my friends and I do not want to stay in the same apartments. We need to be able to visit each other outside of the community.

Great location for a decent price

I already have and did so because of the price, its proximity to where we both work, the apartment quality, and the safety of the location. My friend did end up moving out, but did so because she wanted to be even closer to the office - like 5 minutes away instead of the 12 minutes.

I strongly would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family . The amenities are always well maintained and pool is well maintained. Although you can’t control what other people do ,like leaving their trash outside their doors or won’t pick up after their dogs.

Complex has had one of our vehicles towed, even after we did what was asked of us and they showed no interest in trying to help retrieve it

Office staff does not know how to “do business” and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I think this is a nice property however, there's too many changes that's not benefiting the residents. This is why you guys have so many vacancies.

TO whom it may concern Bella Madera has declined in the last 3 years considerably.This place looked beautiful not so now, we use to be able to speak to the manager instead of the lease personal not so now, we have inconsiderate neighbors with loud music and talking very loud till 4 AM dogs locked in cages barking out of their minds sometimes till 3 AM. My self in others have complained about this nothing gets done about it meanwhile I'm paying 1,100.00 per month on time I might add. Someone should walk the ground at night to check for broken water lines that run sometimes for weeks. I would like to recommend the following be put into policy, that all residents relieve their dogs of feces and urine in the dog park or the center parking islands, not in front of the (other residents) patios ,having to endure the odors, sitting on their patio. Bella Madera must change its strategy,or this become low income housing the competition is huge that's why we are leaving in March like many others before us just recently.

The location and are both convenient.
