I have already advised friends/classmates against this complex due to the trains and the high rent amount. Otherwise, the apartments are nice and somewhat "luxury" apartments like advertised. I just feel the rent is too high for what you end up getting, and the trains just make it even less worth the rent amount.

Because of the neighboring construction and the parking situation.

The open alcohol and loud music is a real problem on the weekends for non-college attending residents. We pay for the pool amenity and it would be really nice to be able to enjoy it on our weekends, too. We are the ones that will rent long term from you, not them.

I did recommend this apartment to a friend and regret it. He heater goes out every time it is cold.
