Answer is not a 10 since the prices of the apartments are on the higher end for a rental.

I love everything about this apartment and tell people so! EXCEPT there is not enough parking and I along with other residents end up having to park on the street majority of the week.

My rent keeps growing every year when all my friends and family renting around me get to keep their rent the same for staying in their unit consistently over the years.

I loved the idea of having a townhome, so there was no one above or below me. The attached garage was an added bonus! The leasing professional was so nice. Even though she did not have a townhome to view, she took the time to show me photos online and took me to the location of where the available townhome was located.
