The apartment community was very upscale. It had a lot of typical amenities and features, but everything was luxurious in appearance. I loved that they offered breakfast to their residents on Saturdays. The community was beautiful and the price reasonable considering all they offered and the location.

The community grounds were in top condition. The leasing professionals were very knowledgeable and they were prepared when I walked in to tour the apartment home. The apartment amenities were up to date and brand new.

The agent was very personable. You could tell she really enjoyed working there.

The community was nice and the agent was also very nice.

Love it. And I have no reservations recommending the Stonegate.

The leasing professional at this location truly cared about assisting me in finding my next new home. The property was well maintained and I would be proud to call this place my next new home. I would recommend that others that were seeking a new apartment look and lease here.

The office was hard to locate and it was disappointing that I could not see the clubhouse due to construction, but it sounded like it would be great once it was complete.

I would recommend this community to anyone.

The leasing professional was enthusiastic and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable, which was important to me. The community was clean and had a family orientated feel to it.

Would because the apartments are nice, well located, and have great landscaping. Would not because the rent is higher than they would feel comfortable paying and the parking is bad unless you pay for a spot.

After my apartment was flooded I feel that the situation was mishandled and not properly taken care of the first time. I do not trust the office to do their job correctly.

More gym space would be nice :)

Poor Quality of tenets are not addressed to keep high quality tenets

It is a great area and reasonable price. The apartments are older and there are newer properties in the area.
