We absolutely love it here! The office staff is great and maintenance are always efficient. We love having access to the Trinity and being so close to everthing we need. We couldn't ask for anything more!

I would recommend for friends in college that are going to live together. Single person I wouldn't ; better values elsewhere

I would ask them to make sure they visit the apartment they want to rent during night time hours to see whether the neighbors are unreasonable, and also i summer to see whether it stays cool. Sleep is important to everyone, but temperature may not be.

The leasing contract is very dangerous. If you happen to leave before your contract expires and even after paying them 85% of releting fee, they will make minimal effort to lease out your apartment and will make you pay the whole amount until your contract expires. They have no incentive to lease out your apartment as they are getting the releting fee + everything that you owe ( monthly rent) until your contract expires. They will make it hard for your apartment to get leased as they will increase the price of your apartment compared to similar available apartments available during that time period. They also change the availability of your apartment to a date convenient to them so that they doesn't get leased right after you hand over the keys to them.

People living here seem to respect the property...they keep it clean and orderly.
I feel safe on the apartment property and in my apartment.

The community was exceptional. The property has easy and quick access to the freeway and shopping nearby. Easy access to the Trinity walking trail. The staff were helpful and polite.

Again the apartment parking is real bad

This was a beautiful community. The atmosphere was peaceful and the apartment was homey and comfortable with unique features such as the archways and crown molding. The leasing agent was very personable and professional. She made me feel welcome and provided me with a lot of detail about the apartment, community, and neighborhood. I would recommend this community to others.

I would tell someone that the rates will go up far higher and faster than they should given the age of the units and any short term lease will be inflated.

There are apartment communities that are newer and are more energy-efficient.

I would recommend it for the feeling of safety and comfort. I would not recommend it for the price nor the parking, though.

It was a beautiful community in a beautiful setting. It had all the amenities one would want. It was located near a major university, the Trinity River and Trails, and near a large country club. It was conveniently located near all the major freeways and not far from the Cultural District. There was plenty of shopping, restaurants, and business services very nearby. This would be a great place to live.

biggest drawback is a play area for children.
