Apartment location,exterior appearance, and professional office personnel are a plus for this community however do have a problem with correct and timely maintenance/repairs.

The complex needs a better trash disposal situation. The one place to dispose of trash is on the far side of the complex from our apartment. I very strongly request recycling.

Apartments are decently priced for the living space and amenities. Pool is up to par if not better than most apartments in the area. Laundry facilities are awesome. Very pet friendly.

After the mgmt change I would say likely.

It is a safe respectable environment.

My biggest issues are the trash/pet waste around the complex. There doesn't seem to be any repercussions for tenants that leave their trash on the porch, by the stairs, in the hallways, and in front of the building. There is a copious amount of pet waste as well. My earlier suggestion of more pet waste receptacles may aid in this; however, there is pet waste present on the ground around those as well. The parking is also not ideal. There are not enough spaces. If you don't get home until after 5:00PM it's almost guaranteed that you're going to have to park very far away from your apartment. There are people from neighboring complexes that jump the fence and use the swimming pool as well.

The only thing I feel they should invest in is a night drop. It is inconvenient for those who work to try to come by between business hours to pay there rent.

Most comunities just offer way more these days. Have resident appreciation nights washer dryers. Community involvement

Not while the very poor quality cable is forced, and the limited parking continues. Garages and covered parking are also too expensive.

Parking horrific! And there seems to be no solution or attempt to try to fix it.

The apt is nice, but if repairs r needed don't expect prompt service....

The community was nice. The leasing professional was very enthsiastic and helpful.
