At most complexes, you either get good office staff or good maintenance staff, never both. This is the first complex where I've never had ANYTHING bad to say about the staff members.

I lived here for about two years in 523.
Maintenance: When it was the "Estates" I had a recurring issue with birds getting into the dryer vent and bits of dirt falling from the ceiling into the bathroom. Since it's been the "Marquis" any problem that was reported was fixed.
Parking: A spot is usually available close to the apartment, but fills up quickly after 8. Any fun night out meant I'd have to park at the end of the lot, unless I got lucky.
Staff: Friendly and attentive. This was the first apartment I'd ever lived in and they were very helpful like with ac tips to keep it cool in the summer.
Amenities: I used the gym regularly and found it clean with disposable wipes available. Cable service for local channels were spotty and sometimes I couldn't get the 2ndHBO.
Note: I kept a the apartment in a state of moderate innattention, not necessarily filthy but not spotless. Either way the kitchen and bathroom had a major fruit fly problem. They never went away, no matter how many traps we laid out. However the problem was never reported to management.

We lived on the other side in apartment 425 parking over there is horrible.

I really liked the leasing agent. The outdoor kitchen was very nice. The fitness center was on the small side but perfectly acceptable. The feature of the machines sending information to me via a smartphone app was nice, especially for someone who likes to keep details of their workouts. Based on the apartment features alone, I would think this was an older community than it was. The kitchens were small, the large rooms were not so large as to provide a great amount of living/dining space. The closets were nice. This seemed to be a nice mid range apartment community, nothing too special. The management company may be taking great care to upgrade as much as is practical and feasible. The leasing staff seemed very friendly and easy to work with.

I think Management and Staff are top of the line and great to work with...

It's a good neighborhood, the staff is nice, the apartment complex is well kept on the outside.

I would recomment if price were lower.

Given the features vs rent and factoring in there are only washer and dryer connections and one is forcd to subscribe to cable even if you do not use it, I think there are other apartments that feature larger/ better floorplans for the same or only slightly more.

I would never recomment this complexf to anyone. We have been here while 2 different companies have owned it and we have not been impressed by either one. I won't go into detail regarding the previous managers b/c it doesn't apply to your company. But we don't have positive things to say about the current managers either...see above comments.

I would recommend this community if one of my friends is looking for a place to live; however, I would caution my friends to be aware that some residents are disrespectful of parking spaces and garbage.

Rent is to high and service request go unresolved

If I haven't enjoyed living at this complex, I would not now be here for my seventh year.

Already recommended to someone at work and they moved in last month.
