It depends on what they're willing to pay. Service is great.

Parking and people not cleaning up after dogs

The leasing professional was very passionate about the community and management company. I left with the impression that I would be well taken care of as a resident.

The location is terrible to get in and out of. There should be better signage and lighting at the entrance. Most people coming to visit us have that complaint in common.

I really enjoy living here. The apartment is nice, neighbors are nice, it's very quiet, the walls absorb sound really well. My only complaint might be the large bedroom window and the amount of heat that comes in during the day.

i would b/c out of all the apartments i've lived in this by far the nicest and quite apartment i've ever lived in.

Sadly, it has little to do with the management of the community and much more to do with the residents. I have found that the police department is frequently called. Often I hear domestic disputes going on around my apartement and during the summer time there is little consideration from residents to other residents at the pool. Unfortunately, for these reasons I would discourage others from moving to this community

I would not recommend this living space for the price.

I would recommend Le Marquis first of all because of LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! That's most important. I love having HEB & gas really close. Also, I get to do most of my shopping at the many stores (James Avery) just around the corner from me. A bad thing about the location are the many fast food places within minutes from me. :) I will survive. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating.

I wish there was more lighting by bldg 4 i live on the 1st floor and it's dark when the parking is bad and i have to walk.

The outside of the apartments was nice, but inside I was disappointed with the carpet. The pool was pretty.

I will have to wait until I am comfortable with the new management team before I can make any referrals.
