This was a professional, well maintained community. The leasing professional did a good job showing it.

The apartments offered a lot of quality amenities for the rent price. The the staff was professional and helpful. My only issue would be the bedroom sizes, but the agent handled that objection sufficiently.

I felt okay with how I was treated. The leasing professional went over everything she and I needed to know. When I arrived, she vaguely remembered our conversation and had to write everything down on a card. That was kind of annoying having to repeat myself again. She said that she had had a lot of other calls, and it was busy. Other than that, I think she did fine and got the job done. I would have leased with her.

The leasing professional was so so average. Brittany was fun and friendly and the community is beautiful with a high value and great location.

Rapport was not made during the office visit. The Leasing Professional appeared rushed as we toured the community. She did have an apartment to meet my needs for a first floor location and a large bedroom.

I felt like they were not very organized, and the biggest turnoff was the pile of dirt and cement rubble out the view of the model's balcony.

see above comments. I would only recommend it to someone who used a lot of water (2+ occupants) and I tell them to walk their apartment a week before move in. I trusted the office to have it move in ready because the leasing process was so professional and perfect, that I failed to do what I always do and walk my apartment a week before move in to catch any honest mistakes or otherwise.

The staff is the key to me. The amenities and living space is average. But the Staff and the support is absolutely the reason.

I think overall the Management Company cares about their tenants. I believe issues are handled on a timely manner. I have always been treated with respect when taking issues/concerns to the office personnel. The gates are great, traffic flow has slowed down and the community seems much safer.

I love the fact that the community was being renovated however it should all be done at once rather that some apartments having different features than others.

I'm putting this place behind me.

I would recommend it because it is close to the freeway and a lot of shops or restuarants. It is a quiet area.

I will say you're the pro. The maintenance does it right on the first time.

All the items mentioned above. Great place to live, maintained well but would perhaps suggestion a location such as a play area for the kids with ie swings, basketball court perhaps.

Have absolutely nothing negative to say about this apt complex. The only reason I would leave here is to move into a house!
