Utilities are really expensive here.
While utility costs grow every year, we are changing our water billing to reflect "occupant only" costs to create a more fair billing for our residents. We hope that this will work to your advantage.

It was a nice community in a great location. It had lots of amenities. It seemed like ample parking. Everything was pretty new. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

Rent with utilities blows up the cost---

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for filling out your survey based on your experience with Marquis at Tech Ridge. We appreciate all feedback, good and bad. I understand that the rising living costs in Austin can be troublesome for many residents, and while that is happening we are also seeing rising utility costs from the City of Austin. In the past few years we have seen extreme increases in water while the city is trying to make everyone aware of water conservation. Unfortunately, communities and all Austin residents are noticing this increase. I would he happy to further discuss with you any concerns you may have. Please let me know if I can help.

Beautiful property and design. The amenities are very well thought out and up to date. The apartments are just gorgeous with the darker wood cabinetry.

The location is great. I like the floor plans, fast maintenance service, and staff. The quality of the apartment could be better. You can tell that cheaper materials were used for cabinets and desk/kitchen sink lighting. The dishwashers are very loud.

The property is located in a very nice and quiet area and is very close to my son's school. The office personnel has always been very helpful from the day I walked in wanting to view the various floor plans.

It is close to most shopping and restuarants. It is a little annoying having to make a uturn to get into the drive way from the freeway.
