This was a very positive experience. The leasing agent was confident, professional and made me feel welcome. The community was gated, which made me feel more secure. She told me that residents were welcome in the office to watch a movie or get a cup of coffee and later I saw two residents hanging out in the common area drinking coffee. This was nice and confirmed what she said. Everything was maintained well. I really liked the fact that they had so many things available on-site, such as fitness classes, laundry facility, pool, storage units and free trash pick up.

Both the telephone call and the tour were great. The leasing agent was nice, helpful, and happy to be there. After the call, she sent me a confirmation and right after the tour, she sent me a reminder about what we discussed. It was a very good experience and the community was very nice.

My perception as a real customer would be that the way the property was maintained and kept clean and everything in order sold me all on its own.

The community offered several floor plans. The amenities were spacious and upscale. I toured a one bedroom apartment with a study. The layout had an open floor plan with plenty of storage and laundry connections. The lease rate was reasonable for the features offered and the square footage.

My over-all impression was favorable. The community itself was well maintained and beautiful. Lots of amenities for the residents. The staff were all very friendly and came across as eager to assist. The entire process was hassle free and went smoothly.

This is a five star community. I was impressed with the agricultural design of this community. The wood and stone design around the community and apartments were top of the line. Professionalism was shown during the visit and tour of the community. I would be able call this my new home.
