I love the location and the apartments are great but I couldn't really recommend it with how bad the parking is getting. I don't leave after a certain hour so I can guarantee parking for myself.

The bug problems and the parking problems keep me from strongly recommending this apartment complex to anyone. If someone had similar needs as I do, I would recommend it since I do feel safe here. For the most part, the buildings and grounds are kept clean. I like the pool area as well.

I was very pleased with the community. The leasing agent was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care. The rental rates were more than reasonable and the amenities were great. The community was somewhere I would have been happy to call home.

I wish there was a small dog park for the dog's to run around like the middle section should be for dog's only and fenced in that would be very nice. The marquis at tech ridge is dog friendly but having a small dog park would be awesome. The hill in the middle isn't used much except for people with dog's but they still have to be leashed. I feel it would be more useful for dog's.

An attractive community located next to shopping and restaurants. The inside of the apartments were nice and warm. I liked the pool area and the business office for residents.

I would recommend it but I dont know may people in the area, and I am in school fulltime, and these are considered too pricey by my classmates.

The community offered modern amenities and apartment homes. There were a few extra touches which were attractive to tenants. The apartments were large and well designed. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure they could find the right apartment for their future tenants.

I was very impressed by their guarantees. I think that is an amazing guarantee of quality. This community sits in a very busy area, near a major interstate, but it was very quiet and serene walking through the community. I would refer friends and family.

I would recommend this community its very safe, very clean, good staff nice amenities and ok pricing.

Water rate is very expensive

The leasing professional presented the property very well. I was impressed that she identified me as I walked in. She took the time to describe the community over the telephone. When I arrived to the property, the landscaping was nice. I have to admit that I was not a huge fan of the western decor, but that is just my taste. The price was a bit high for what I would have paid, but I guess that is the industry here. Overall, I thought it was a nice community and the staff was all friendly and welcoming.

The leasing agent did her job in a good manner, relating to my needs and showing benefits. However, the apartment seen was inadequate for the rental rate, enough to register the value as ridiculous. The management company may be planning to upgrade this size apartment in the future; if so, I would change my evaluation.

It was a very nice community and I could see myself being very comfortable living there. The staff were nice and they were courteous. I had a very pleasant visit.
