This is the most well run, well kept apartment I've lived in in Boston!

Rent is slightly too high for value received.

I will definitely recommend this apartment community to others... just not this particular unit. It is poorly designed. Poorly located in the building logistically... the trash is pushed out to the sidewalk 2/3 days weekly beneath my 2nd floor windows. Creates odors and flies. Unit is directly above trashroom and noisy compactor. Unit sits 20 feet above the MBTA trains... extremely noisy and uncomfortable. And because the trashroom and loading dock beneath this unit are not really heated during winter months, this unit is like living in a skating rink -- heat inside my unit rises to the ceiling while the floors to four feet up are extremely cold at all times.

For the cost I believe there are other options that are better

If you are a sports fan (which we are not), I very much recommend The Victor.

The area is very quickly changing with the growing number of restaurants and a variety of shops. For the upscale resident, the property is very close to public transportation and the financial district.

I was very impressed with the location of the community. It had a great view of the Zakim bridge and was across the street from TD Garden. I was fully satisfied with the treatment I received from the staff of this community and would very likely recommend it.

This is an amazing community! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, spacious apartments, with creative attention to detail. The amenities, location were unbeatable. I loved the different names for the amenities. The community felt like home, and it would be a great place to live.
