Great staff including Beth in the rental office and all the concierges. Great building, very quiet. We wish there were more grills & better grills. Gas grills would be appreciated.

Elevator service in the building is very spotty at times. Could use bar bells / power rack in the gym. Visitor parking is rarely available near the building. Pool table could be a full size pool table.

Front desk and leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. Building issues can be a pain and surprising for a new building (ie elevators, front doors). AC/heat does not regulate very well. Hot water takes a long time and there is no warm. It's hot or cold. Very hard to find in between.

Community experience has been fantastic. Only comment would be increasing size of guest list (20 people currently) for the common area rented spaces.

Concierge people are accomodating, especially Carole. All the cleaning people are very diligent. The community is always clean or being cleaned. Elevators are the only annoying issue. They have never been right. Bring back fruit water!

We really appreciate the effort taken to keep the exterior grounds clean. Unfortunately some (and I don't believe they are residents) do not clean up after their pets and the management team has exceed expectations in taking that job on. Awesome! We currently rent a spot in the building (which we love, no complaints) but it would be amazing to be able to rent or swap available spots with each other for guests. We plan to be gone a lot this summer and I'm sure others will be busy too - it would be a great community addition to be able to share those open spots - Maybe a function of the portal open to those who currently have spots!

Front desk employees are exceptional - especially Carol, Deb & John. Enforcing parking policies is needed. Providing discounts to tenants who re-new leases is needed - other residences do this. Need more workout classes & a bigger gym.

Areas of Opportunity: 1. Dryer in my apartment: I have multiple times complained how it takes many rounds to dry my clothes. I never know what maintenance does when they come look at it as there is no follow up. 2. Window in my bedroom: I requested for my windor to be fixed as there was a draft coming fromt it... after submitting this issue twice there was no response. 3. Elevator: An elevator is often down.

Concierge staff is wonderful!

Visitor parking would be appreciatd. Concierge friendly/helpful. Elevators are scary! Down too often. Coffee cups in "living room" would be apreciated! It shouldnt' be a problem to provide cups for the coffee offered. Travel mugs do not fit under unit! Too many barking dogs can be heard!

The concierges are amazing!

Overall fantastic experience. Concierge is wonderful. Amenities superb. Expensive, but everythign around here is. One improvement that should happen is ensuring their is concierge staff present at desk at night, or not leave for more than 10 min. Several friends have had to wait out in cold b/c they could not get in.

Only compliants are: 1. having to reserve grill area 2. having to use building grill set 3. having to reserve pool table 4. $250 to "rent" amentity rooms

The customer service is fantastic (concierge staff is wonderful, especially Carol), and the maintenance response time is superb. All the grounds and common spaces are well-maintained. The only complaint could be in reference to the fire alarm - it's gone off a few times now (also during the night) and though all time it was a false alarm, it has sounded for a long time. If someone can identify false alarms and deactivate them, that would be an improvement.

The concierge service does a great job, helping me as I consistently am locking myself out of my Apartment. The elevators need to be more available.
