One of the best Victor's communities I stayed in. Great facilities, caring customer service in terms of the maintenance and concierge services. Everything is always neat and clean. There are some issues with low quality construction materials used but fast maintenance response covers it. The screening process seems to be a little long (initial settlement).

As we approach summer, more clarity/prcedures about the use of the grill/deck would be great. Last year there were times we reserved the grill and there were no tables available. Could a procedure be put in place if you reserve the grill, you also reserve one fo the tables? It can be hard @ night when I get home late and the door person has stepped out. I feel like there is never a set time for breaks. Could an established break time be arranged?

Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the elevators are constantly out of service the water pressure is terrible and there should be visitor parking. Also, the monitor in the mailroom is frequently incorrect, vehicle regularly block the entrance to the garage and coffee cups should be available for the coffee on level 5.

We do really enjoy living here. The location is ideal and we can't say enough great things about the staff. From office to front desk to technicians and janitors, everyone is very friendly, genuine and accomodating. We do think the rent is a little high for the square footage. We would love to renew but cannot do so without the concession they offered us when we first signed on. We've even referred another tenant in here based on our experience here. I'd say the problems with the elevators and the front glass door are the most frustrating.

Everything is good around here, the community is awesome... however... the delays in fixing the elevators when they're down... as well as the delays and never ending problems with the main door. These two things are so much of an inconvenience to each and every one here I'm sure.

It would be nice to have options for visitor/guest parking (i.e. day passes to the garage), even if for purchase. Apt. has been great in fulfilling our needs for the most part. Bathroom sinks are a bit impractical (shallow), ventillation is not the best w/the current windows.

Elevators - there should be more elvators. I live at one end of the building and usually use the freight elevator. There is no schedule posted to tell you when the freight elevator is booked for moving which is frustrating. The main elevators are on the end furthest from downtown so it is somewhat of a pain to have to walk the entire lenght of the building and then walk all the way back. Washer/Dryer - energy effficient dryer takes forever to dry clothing.

There is a serious lack of visitor parking. It would be great 1. if the parking spots on Beverly St were reserved for visitors of Victor residents 2. if parking spots were available on Haverhill St 3. Visitors could rent a parking spot in the garage for a small fee (e.g. $5/day). Construction noise/trash pick up at 4am is unacceptable. More yoga/fitness classes throughout the week would be great. Are there any plans for an indoor pool? Carol/John/Concierge staff are incredibly nice and helpful!

Overall we like the property. Two comments: 1. Front door was broken half the winter, rather annoying to not have access to the study. 2. Elevator seems to have issue at least over a month.

Great place to live. Relatively happy with: All staff. People are great! General "vibe" of community (quiet, respectful, fun). Couple things that are annoying: Frequent elevator issues. Lack of any visitor parking (partnership w/existing lot might help?). No exterior window cleaning.

Reason for NOT renewing lease will be the price of our unit being too high for sq ft & 1 bed 1 bath. Hilary is truly fantastic, and listens to concerns! No more towels in the gym, never coffee cups available, noise from patio @ night and construction starting at 7am. New construction about to start on Beverly?! Water filters not replaced?!? Concierge is incredible, Carole goes out of her way to make this a warm/welcoming environment. Elevators are great/fast when working. Repair time is slow & only having 3 at peak times is inconvenient. Mail Room is superb. Love the wrapping station!
