Everything has been great here at the Victor. The staff is so friendly. When my garbage disposal was not working properly they immediately came and fixed it!

Things doing right: Concierge service is excellent & they are all incredibly nice, friendly & personable despite how busy they are. Ammenities are good & gym classes (free) are great. Wish tehre were more! Wonderful effort in making this a community by creating FB page, & posting event flyers in elevator. Doing Wrong: The front door to main entrance was out of service almost the entire winter which is not an acceptable solution. Door needs to be replaced with a more functional model that doesn't keep breaking. It was incredibly ridiculous that an "out of service" sign was put on it for months as a solution. Elevators - repairs take a ridiculous amount of time. For a new building, the elevators have broekn an inordinate number of times & repairs are anything but speedy. Windows need to be washed! Haven't been washed once in th eyr I've been here not even after a brutal winter.

The front doors that were broken every other week was annoying as well as the elevator that is always down. Washer & dryer could be better! Everything else is great!

This community would get a higher rating if the appliances and fixtures were of higher quality & if the elevators functioned on a consistent basis. The location of this property and ambiance is high positive. The management should consider adding more gym classes to increase attendance.

The elevators break often which has been frustrating. The concierge group is wonderful, especially Carol. She is excellent & always welcoming & helpful.

We really love it here so far - concierge & maintenance personnel are great, as are facilities. The terrace is beautiful & comfortable - it would be great if the rooftop lounge had more comfortable furniture (even just seat cushions).

The building leasing office personnel are great - responive and effective. Maintenance personnel are nice, but it took multiple times for them to fix something simple. The concierge personnel are exceptional: genuinely nice and very helpful/courteous. The only big downside to living here is the rent/pricing. Without the 2-months free deal, we would not have moved in. At your price, the value is not at next with other options.

Improve: Door man. There are lots of times no one is at concierge desk. Clean area rugs in common areas better. A lot of them are stained. No visitor parking even in the spots you pay for. That's not fair.

1. There are a lot of rules to the ammenities, such as the grill, timing of the rooms for rent, etc. Seems a bit excessive. If no one is reserving a space, why can't you use it for mroe than 4 hours? Is it necessary to reserve the grill if no one is using it? 2. During the winter the back entrance wasy very filthy. 3. Never enough towels in the gym. 4. Front call box never works correctly & sometimes front desk attendants are missing. 5. Front desk persons are always extremely nice! 6. Things / fixtures in teh apartment are getting loose - maybe want to schedule a yearly touchup maintenance.

1. Bar table floor covers are loose. 2. Bathroom wash area too shallow, tap water too slow. Everything else are so great! Thanks for what's provided to us in the past year!

4c) The windows need to be cleaned from the outside. 4d) It would be better for me if the heating system was separated for each room. My apt has one heating system for 2 rooms. 4e) There's no "kids room." We have a lot of kids in the building and no proper space for them. 4f) There's nothing for kids. 5c) After the first month there's no contact from the leasing office.

Carol is the best! She is always courteous and respectful. She is always looking out for me, reminds me if a package came or even ran down the hall to give me my keys. She makes living at the Victor enjoyable.

The leasing consultant was not nice when we moved in & to a certain extent was not hospitile & friendly. Elevator & the entrance glass door break pretty often. The air conditioner/heater in the common room need to be adjusted.

Front desk staff are great! Deb & Karen! Residents on the lower floors should have access to roof top patio. Amazing gym, basketball court, love the business room, sports lounge. More retail/food options around / 1st floor will help.

Everything is fine so far. One thing is missing - pool :)
