The apartment community offers a positive, safe environment. Not only are the staff friendly and maintenance requests resolved in a timely manner, but the tenants are as well. I also think the amenities add to the positive environment.

The apartments and grounds are kept nice and the apartments are spacious. The location is great for the interstate but it's not in walking distance to much.

I like the building and the community, however the location isn't the best - particularly being up against the noisy freeway.

Better screening process for new tenants.

The community has a lot to offer between pool, gym community events and I really have enjoyed all of that. I hope we can have a few summer pool parties :)

I lived in a one bedroom unit a year before moving into a 2 bedroom with a roommate last July. We have complained about the constant noise coming from unit 6302 since the second week of moving in and this issue has never been resolved or corrected. Imagine living for 10 months in an apartment where you can't get peace and the front office doesn't care if you have peace.

The community is located in a great location and the staff are professional & courteous. The apartments have nice features & the floor plans are well-designed. The common areas are maintained & kept clean. The security gate & alarm systems help me feel safe at home.
