I had in the past referred over 6 people that have moved in but now NEVER

Management and Maintenance needs to be more proactive and follow through in the resolution of issues. There was dog feces in the hallway which sat there for two weeks. I understand the fact that happened is not management's fault. However, having to call multiple times and emailing to have it cleaned makes me disappointed at the staff at Marquis Midtown. Additionally, I have also put two requests for my A/C being broken and the issue still has not been resolved. It will be 90 degrees tomorrow. I doubt they will contact me regarding the request that has been open for a week, so I call them tomorrow. I don't understand why I have to follow up multiple times to get something resolved.

The valet trash tends to be an issue as well as trash left outside of the trash chutes and in the breezeways. Breezeways need to be cleaned weekly. Pet feces and trash are left regularly.

It was a very upscale apartment with all amazing amenities. The apartment homes were large and the prices were competitive.

I might recommend it for someone in their early twenties, but I do not think I would for a more mature professional.

For the money, they would be disappointed.

I have been here two years this is my last year. In my last place I lived there 5 years. This place has changed for the worst. You cannot go up in rent but the place is steady getting worse.

The overall appearance and maintenance of the facility has gone downhill since new management came on board.

My experience thus far has been positive, so I would recommend to friends.

The number of times my roommate, friends, and I have dealt with parking issues (booted/towed cars, gate not working, etc) is the primary reason I'm unlikely to recommend this apartment. Guests stopping by for 30 minutes or less do not want to park on top of the deck and walk across the complex to our apartment if outside parking is full. Also sends bad message when I walk through the deck with guests and see mass towing/booting with multiple tow trucks and an officer pointing out cars without stickers, even when there is plenty of other parking available.

I loved the apartment features and amenties. The leasing agent was pleasant and friendly.

The gate breaks down way too many times. Way finding signage is difficult to read or non existent for guests.

Great location, price, and amenities. The grounds are often dirty (hallways often have dog poop, fast food trash, and even a condom wrapper). I expect the hallways to be cleaned of this trash daily and there have been cases where I saw the same trash for weeks on end. Part of the reason is the tenant base does not seem to care or expect to pick up after themselves or their dogs.

I feel there needs to be a stronger screening process before approving tenants to live here.

I wouldnt recommend this place unless I see that they control how much litter is around. It is a bit embarrassing to invite friends and see it that way.
