This is a very nice community in a great neighborhood. I loved the with one bedroom floor plan with lots of windows, hardwood floors and modern kitchen. The agent was friendly and helpful.

The apartments are nice. However, I lived at previous communities in Atlanta and I have never had to call so many times to follow up about the status of maintenance issues. At my previous residents, I call in an issue and they would be resolved in a few days.

15 speedbumps just to get to the 3rd floor of the parking deck is extremely annoying. This is the only parking deck in the city of Atlanta that I have seen speedbumps inside. Not necessary if you ask me.
Package pickup is very inconvenient for people that work. Why aren't there locker systems for UPS/FedEx packages?
Parking garage gate is frequently broken and slow to be fixed so that anyone that doesn't live here can get in. Security in general is lax. Anyone can just walk in the driving gate when it opens.
AC unit is under powered and extremely inefficient causing high electricity bills. Insulation around master bedroom window is not good causing outside air to enter making AC unit have to work even harder.

I disagree in regards to the speed bumps. Â I often see drivers speeding through the parking deck creating a danger to pedestrians, other vehicles and themselves. I appreciate the speed bumps, since it forces them to slow down, even for a brief moment. Â Also, it is definitely not the only parking deck with speed bumps in Atlanta.

Lemon Apartment
I moved into a apartment on the first floor that is adjacent to the gym, and you can hear people working out 5am in the morning in the bedroom. Told the office about it within the first week before even un-boxing all my things. The office said it's not in there budget to cover my moving fees to another apartment. Even though I suspect I am not the first one to complain about that noise from that unit. SMH.

Assume this post is regarding #1005 I just moved into this unit so I guess you've transferred? The gym noise isn't even noticeable so I would have to strongly disagree here... now the cars passing out front I can hear but that's to be expected with first floor living. - HappyCamper.
