I can't think of a reason I wouldn't recomment this appartment complex.

I see nothing special at Marquis Midtown that would have me favor it over any other apartment. Odds are it would be more expensive that others in the area so no advantage.

I don't like a lot of the new residents, they don't seem to respect the property and other neighbors. I have seen residents leave trash & pet waste around. Some park in multiple spots for weeks. Others are excessively loud during the noise ordinance when passing through. Some have children who also don't respect the property. I'm not comfortable with approaching these people myself and the line of communication with the office staff is still unclear & cumbersome.

The property was extremely impressive. It was very modern and updated. The apartment was spacious and gorgeous. The cabinetry and appliances were stellar. The pool was large and dreamy. The leasing professional was friendly and genuine. He lived in the community and expressed his excitement for where he lived.

I wouldn't want someone else to have the same experience I've had here.

The apartment itself is very nice, as well as the pool. The location being next to the freeway is not ideal.

The leasing agent was cordial, prepared and proud to live in the community. I would likely recommend based on the professional level of service I received the day of my visit.

Anytime I have a friend that's looking for a place, or even strangers i recommend this place.

i tell people to stay away. i know 5 different long term residents moving out due to lack of service.

Based on what I experienced, I would certainly not think twice about choosing the community.

I wouldn't tell my friends but I may tell a stranger... My friends are more like me, they would feel how I currently feel I wouldn't deny a stranger from getting their own take on the complex.

Somewhat pricy. Some tenants are loud and rude. Amenities are very nice. People have way too many guests to the pool that don't live or pay rent here

There are nice features in a good location; otherwise, it's a pretty typical apartment community.

I'm actually encouraging everyone who is there to move somewhere new with me, and most are on board and just waiting for their leases to end
