It is advertised as a very luxurious and upscale apartment, very safe and "homey." However my experience has been very frustrating on a daily basis.

It's literally just okay. I don't think I would go recommending it to others unless they are looking for "just okay"

If you're having any neighbor issues, please know that you can reach out to our courtesy officers as they are great about addressing noise complaints, loitering, etc..... They can be reached by contacting the office at 404-575-3000 pressing prompt 3 as a live operator will answer and you can request them to call you. Everything is held confidentially.

Yes but the property must be cleaned properly and often! These no caring, loud guest disturb the peace.

I love it here! The apartments are beautiful and the rent is fairly priced. I think the surrounding area is a little awkward but other than that the apartment complex itself is lovely, I have had a great experience.

The community came across as being outstanding. The leasing professional was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The property and grounds were very nice and well kept. The amenities and services offered were wonderful. I could see myself being very happy living there.
