We already got two friends to live here and we're working on getting two more into the complex!

This is a very nice property with very pleasant staff members on site.

The community is nice and the office staff is friendly. The people in the neighborhood I met were all nice. The apartments are in the process of being updated so not a bad place to call home.

In my opinion, you can't beat the size of these apartments for the price. Pool, workout facility, clubhouse, and gated entrance are a plus as well. Being conveniently located near I-85/Buckhead/Decatur is great. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, the staff was eager to fix the problem and would follow up on the issue to make sure we were satisfied. After renting for years, I wish I would have discovered Marquis at Briarcliff sooner!

worry about rent increases

I have had multiple service requests related to water damage, flooding of my first floor apartment. Despite their pleasant manner, management has not agreed to replace my rug that has been wet many times. Therefore, I can recommend the apartment to potential renters but would not suggest they have a first floor unit.

The service director demonstrated leadership skills. When we met outside the office I informed him that I was their to view an apartment and had spoken to a leasing consultant. The service director informed me that personnel had just gone to lunch. He invited me into the office for a business card and gave me floor plans.

As a customer I liked Sunny's demonstration and knowledge of the community. The fact that she has worked there for five years and speaks very highly of the community and the residence was a plus. The apartment she showed was very nice and I could see myself living there. It had every thing I would need especially the quietness and the beautiful landscaping.

Am nervous about lease renewal as talk from other tenants is to expect unreasonable rent increase. Will reserve judgement on whether to recommend community until we know what to expect in this area.

I have recommended it to a friend of mine at work. She had to make a decision quickly so chose another place before she could visit here, but I would still recommend it to others who are looking.

I just think that things could be taken up a notch. We have repeatedly commented on these surveys about how the back side of the buildings that face the creek get ignored regarding landscaping and general care - yet nothing has been done no matter how many times we comment on it. We are pretty happy here but I think for what we pay, the loyalty we show to the community and complex, ameneties and quality could be improved.

I'd recommend it to someone who doesn't need cell phone reception.

Blacktop resurfacing was done on the cheap. Some areas should have been resurfaced. Tree trimmers didn't listen to me (I'm just a renter after all) and chopped off more lower branches of the tree by my back porch than they needed to. So I had to give away two of my bird feeders since there were no branches to hang them from. Made me sad.
