For the most part the property is very inviting. It's a wonderful place to live and to call home. Wonderful neighbors and mostly quiet. Except for a few "parking wars" I have not had any additional problems at all.

The price might be out of reach for some, but we really like it here. It's the first apartment to feel like home. We love our location within the apartment complex, too. The lack of cell phone service in some units is a problem. Over all, we still provide our friends will positive comments about the place.

The grounds and community were in excellent condition. The landscaping was beautiful with blooming rose bushes all over the community. The leasing agent was quite personable and charming.

My husband and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The people who live there are warm and friendly, and it is quiet for the most part. There are also lots of trees and good landscaping, a nice pool, prompt maintenance, and great leasing consultants. The only problem is in our unit there was poor cell reception- but we happily adjusted because we loved everything else so much!

This is a good community but I would hesitate to recommend it because the rent increases are excessive. Also, while everything seems to be maintained fairly well I have to request repairs to my apartment often, far more often than any other place I have rented, things always seem to be breaking.

I'm not sure about the condition of other apartments, and I know the updated apartments cost more. I would just caution them to SEE the unit they are renting before they move in and really pay attention to the details to make sure they're comfortable with whatever wear / features the apartment might have.

This is an elegant property in one of the better neighborhoods. The grounds are beautifully and professionally maintained. The structures and hardscape (with the exception of a broken frame on one of their EXIT signs) are in excellent shape. I noted a number of cars in the lot, yet the place was quiet and serene.
