I liked the community. I thought it was nice. I am not sure about luxury community though. I was expecting a larger gym, fitness center, tennis or basketball court. I thought the community was okay.

garage rent is to high. rent amount is above average cost. recent break ins.
Thank you so much for filling out our survey! Our garage rents and apartment rents are in line with current area pricing. The garages are only $100 per month. The rental rates do change daily, but our pricing depends on availability and the current market. Unfortunately, break ins do happen in the large city of Atlanta and it is up to all of us to be mindful about our surroundings. We recently had a safety meeting with our courtesy officer (that lives on site) to address this break in and what residents can do to be proactive! Please let us know if you have any questions. Our community takes this seriously and while this doesn't happen often. We are transparent with addressing concerns and making all of our guests feel comfortable in their space.

Overall, this was a very good experience and I liked the community. I liked that fact that it was small and quiet. The leasing professional did a very good job. He was a good salesman, not too pushy. He was professional, friendly, funny and sincere. I was not too impressed with the amenities and was hoping for a little more for the price. Just the swimming pool and the gym. He touched on everything that was important to me and everything that the community had to offer. Overall, I would rate the experience B+.

I liked the Marquis at Briarcliff because it was a small development. It was quiet and well maintained. The rooms were a tad small for my taste but I liked the cabinetry, the stainless steel appliances, the hard wood floors and the beautiful mirrored closets. The leasing professional had a great personality and attitude. I could see myself calling the Marquis of Briarcliff home and would refer my friends to this community.

I'm sure this has been said before but, cellular service is terrible. It's hard having guest when no one could use their phone, only flaw so far.

Everything I saw was immaculate. The grounds, the signs and the rental office were nice. I did not get to see anything beyond that.
