I used to sing the Marquis' praises and even got a few friends to move in to the complex. It's in a great location and we love the small, neighborhood feel. However, the people moving in recently have not been the usual working adult and family-friendly crowd (ex; 15 people living in one apartment, several domestic violence calls). The current management team makes it feel like an apartment complex than the homey feel it had before. I actually avoid our staff now, when before they felt like friends.

The apartments were well maintained. The grounds were well taken care of. The current rental price was commendable for the amount of space being offered along with its location. The community was tucked away but was in the center of everything.

As a real customer considering leasing at this community I was very impressed with the look of the community. It was very well-kept. The leasing professional just went through the motions and I had to ask questions to get information that should have been provided to me.

My perception of the community was that I was very pleased that I had the opportunity to visit this community. I had a great time and I enjoyed myself meeting the staff that were present at the time of my visit. The staff was very kind, friendly, and professional. I was treated with respect. I was treated like I was already a resident. Based on what I experienced, I would certainly not think twice about choosing the community as the place I want to my home.
