Poor quality and workmanship of vinyl flooring. Old kitchen cabinets and my quite disgraceful shower. I'd tell people that maintenance and office people are nice and good.

There have been constant water leaks in many of the apartments in the 3000 building that have not been resolved. Several of the 'explorative' holes within this apartment have never been sealed after several searches for leaks in several apartments above and below. This has been on-going since 2113.
Dear William,

I want to thank you for taking the time to review our community. While some may consider this a negative review, I am appreciate of the feedback and excited to share news about the progress being made within our community. There have been constant water leaks over the years, which is largely due to the Aqua-Therm HVAC systems that are in your homes. This system is one of the most economical, decentralized systems. One of the potential drawbacks of this system is that it can reduce the life span of the water heaters because they often work harder to keep up with the heating demand. I am pleased to announce that the leaks in building 3000 were located and repaired as of August 2016. We also have asset preservations plans for building 3000 to begin as early as January 2017. If you have an active leak or any sheetrock repair that needs to be done in your home, please do not hesitate to contact the leasing office directly by calling 404.633.6555 or send me an email to nray@cwsapartments.com.
