Apartments are large and fairly quiet. Not much closet space, no balaconies, maintenace is horrible at fixing things quickly or correctly and the amentities are horrible.

The waste stays out of the container, I've complained many times but it seems that was a big issue to the administracion building force residents to follow the rules and not throw trash out, especially on the weekends is a disaster, embarrassed have guests because they will think in that kind of condominium we are living. Furniture also keeping out and they do not collect often. The residents also throw the garbage in top of the container and keep there for months and start to smell terrible: also, the container' place keeps dirty and smells bad too.

I know the maintenance people do as much as they can keeping the area clean. I do see them each morning picking up trash, which is sad that they have to do that and people cannot put their trash where it belongs. I do feel bad for the maintenance workers. I know the community is extremely large and maybe they cannot do this, but maybe they should check each apartment building 2nd and 3rd floor included for trash. I feel like I am always finding something that does not belong on my floor there weekly, It is sad how people do not take care of their community. I also think once a month they should pressure wash not use a hose to clean the floors. Pressure washing takes the dirt off better than a water hose you use to wash your car.

Not anymore a good place to live some neibor are acting very bad music loud at night ,traches everything on the stairs cigarett foods they speak louder at night sometime you can even sleep at your unit all night people make noise
