The community was well kept. I liked that the buildings had a nice coat of paint on them and that the gates were operational; however, the apartments were on the small size.

I would because my building is nice and quiet. I would not because I do not like that almost each month they have to do an inspection for a variety of reasons and maintenance can be greatly improved.

I would only recommend a friend to live here if they were able to get an apartment on 2nd or 3rd floors. Ground floors are WAY to noisy.

The leasing professional was very thorough in presenting the community and apartment. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The amenities were plentiful and appealing.

The presentation was inviting, informative and professional. I was provided with brochures and given a tour that was inviting. The agent made me feel like I was visiting a resort. The team members could have offered me a seat upon arrival. He closed with a smile and handshake.

The leasing professional was very professional and engaging. She seemed very happy at her job and proud of her work. She expressed a level of enthusiasm to give me a tour and seemed genuinely upset when she was not able to do so. She was also very complementary when she found out what I did for a living. She was a joy.

I felt very welcome on the property and the leasing agent was very friendly. The leasing professional was able to relate to my needs and she built good rapport while qualifying me. The tour was very detailed and and all my questions were answered without any problems. I was very pleased with the presentation and was ready to move in, but the closing was lacking. She gave me the paper work to take with me and did not try to close me. I felt that she was too busy to sign me up then.

This apartment complex has decline since I moved here 5 years ago, staff is only changing,it is not as clean as it used to be for the dumpsters have gotten out of control garbage pilled up almost to the curb which attract all kinds of animals too and the smell is unbearable at times. Embrass to have visitors come to visit me and the floors outside are pressure as often. No their pets are allow on the premises which no allow before. Instead of getting better is has gotten worse.
