It is hard to get onto Millenia Blvd coming out of The Villages in the afternoon & the evening. Sometime I set for 10 to 15 min hoping to get out onto the street.

Everything about 5 yrs ago was better. Now the area is dirty & loud. Everybody just hang out & their not putting any money in the complex. Everything is just patched up!! And appliance are outdated

The new crowd coming here seems to be just anybody. Again I'm low income but I take pride in were I live and the things and people in my community. and I make sure my children respect others and others things as well.

The community was well maintained. The ground are nice and upkept. The staff is friendly and professional.

Ive been here for 5yrs and managment have changed more than i can count, they take forever to fix things, and maintence never picks trash up in the back apartments...then takes the trash can...cant wait to move out...plus they raised the rent $300 dollars, not worth it, you can find a townhouse or single family home for that price!!! Get the Communication problem fixed
Been with concord since 2003, have no problems. Once in a while things do happen, but took care of them fast and professionally. Since the new maintenance line open it does have some communication problem. that need to be fixed

The Office needs better hours. It's only open during normal work hours so those of us with full time 9-5 jobs have a hard time going to the office if needed. I wish they would bring back the weekend hours.

The kids that play outside are disrespectful, the continuing smoking outside my door even after a notice was sent out, parking has gotten ridicules, and the landscaper leaves his waste and deliveries in parking spots for days, and one can park. Also I was told that their would be a pin secured for the small weight room a year ago and am still waiting!
