I wouldn't recommend the Meridian if the rent increases after our lease is up. Maybe longer leases (2 year)

I believe that I can stake my reputation of recommending Meridian without any second thoughts. Obviously there will be shortcomings that come up with any place but these are very, very few.

Not a good value for the money. Even if the apartment was completely updated I'd have a hard time because of how small the apartment is with really not much storage space. I have found about 7 other apartments and one townhome in Rocklin that are updated AND bigger than this unit.

I am sorry you do not feel like you have enough space in your home. Although we have very large patio storage areas, large kitchen cabinets and closets throughout, our life's sometimes outgrow and apartment.

It's hard to answer that question I don't know what the other apartments look like I know there have been many upgrades to the other apartment so I'm not sure how to speak to those so I could not reply with an accurate answer

Like I stated before the rent is too high for the area given the amenities. The neighbors are loud. Dog owners are disrespectful to the community. Also when residence enter the property they are speeding, revving their engines, music blaring, etc.
