Nobody should have to live with roaches. The price is too high. These are my biggest complaints. There is, however, a lot of good aspects to this apartment complex: location, beauty (flowers and the building itself), staff, gym, dog park, car wash area, and clubhouse).

Unreliable personnel, bugs everywhere, old dirty appliances, slow response to maintenance requests, vinyl flooring. Office personnel releases the apt keys to the maintenance service team even when you didn't give the permission to (in regular service procedures).

We never want to hear that you are dissatisfied with your home, and will always do anything that we can to make you happy.
