To expensive and it keeps going up

the monthly rent is extremely high for what you get. the units are nice, but you can easily pay the same monthly price as a mortgage opposed to rent.

Rates are comparable for the area, but too many fees. And pet rent for an indoor cat seems unnecessary when a deposit is already paid.
