The management team need training on how to talk and treat customers. Honestly they make this place as a place you do not want to live another day: As run for your life place.... They make this place look ugly in the inside... despite the beautiful appearance of the complex outside. I can't wait to get out!!!

Do not judge a book by it's cover. That is the mistake most of the residents that live here make. Once in, it's monthly required inspections, hearing every noise your neighbors make, mice, roaches.

Overall I would recommend it, except it seems a little expensive. They tack on a ton of extra costs which really inflates the original rent price.

The dumpsters are too small and often the dumpster area is full of trash that wont fit once full.

The only thing that is negative is that this apartment faces the street so sometimes its difficult to sleep. I realize the apartments do not have any control over this. Other than that, the leasing office is great and Brit bends over backwards to help with setting my Roomate and I up in this place. This is one of the best places jay I have lived.
