I think the square footage and location is great but the rent amounts are getting too high.

The apartments are overpriced and the grounds are messy. The pool area becomes overrun in the Summer with people who do not live here. The residents are not bad as far as apartment people go, but this place is not a good value.

the community is loud, tresidence are ruse, staff overall makes you feel uncomfortable and as if you are inconvencing them every time you enter the office.

Again, for the prices that you charge to live here I would expect real amenities, like litter clean up and enforcement of pet leash and porch clutter rules. Letting some people get away with trashing the place because you don't want to confront them is just irritating the rest of us and driving descent people out.

Thank you for sharing some great feedback regarding your experience here at The Meridian. We do our best to clean up after our neighbors on a daily basis in the mornings, and throughout the day. We certainly do have policies regarding leashed pets, and porch clutter. We will be conducting patio audits over the next couple weeks to ensure everyone is following our policy and others can enjoy their homes.

No security, anyone has access to property. The utilities continue to rise, the garbage is pricy when we can dump our own trash, I do not use the porch bin.
