Everything was perfect except for the area. That area was not the greatest and it concerned me. The staff was friendly and conveyed great communication. I was impressed with the curb appeal the community and the atmosphere the office presented.

The community had a very good price point and location for downtown. I found the amenities were average, but the location was excellent. Everything was in walking distance and the community had easy access to transit. The apartment itself was also decently equipped.

I can't think of anything I haven't already said. Noise is a problem, but I signed up for living in ambulance alley. I've heard people complain about Saba's noise, but I live on the other side of the building, so I just get sirens and 7am garbage trucks dumping what sounds like barrels full of forks into their trucks. I mean seriously, does the trash need to be taken that early?
