As a real customer I would be highly interested in leasing from this company. Amanda herself was an incredible agent and really gave a great depiction of the complex and the community who owns it. The way they go out of there way to hold gatherings and events to bring each other closer together is something that was a selling point immediately.

2nd floor should also have the floor type of the upper floors. Area is a bit noisy especially with new constructions coming up. Poor insulation so can hear upstairs neighbors a lot!

I love living in the environment Anthem has to offer. I wish the surrounding community was a little more up and coming, but Im quite happy in the bubble that is Anthem from the staff, the events, and the amenities. Still wish there was a squat rack though!!

The community is very well maintained and looked organized. The front office area has an airy look which makes it look very spacious and luxurious. The apartments have splashes of color that brighten it up. It also has unique features such as a bike rack inside the apartment. The leasing professional was great. She had information about the apartment and knew how to personalize the tour so as to ensure it was about me. She gave a great presentation and I enjoyed the tour.

The community and building struck me as funky and hip. The amenities were very nice and somewhat unusual compared to other buildings in the area. I was particularly interested in the pea patch concept on the roof. The community was meticulously maintained and had an interesting concept. For the price and location, I thought it would be an excellent option for young professionals or even families.

The units are cold and not cozy. The interior, especially the kitchen cabinets are very ugly.

The community was in a great location to transportation in Seattle. Everything looked very well kept and organized. Seattle pricing has jumped and it is unbelievable what apartment close to town go for.

Anthem on 12th offered spacious attractive apartments at a reasonable price for the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The kitchens were modern and the views were impressive for an apartment at that price. The neighborhood itself was in transition, so it had a mix of rougher edges and new development.
